Car history: |
Car recently had a 454 with approximately 200 miles that was dyno'd with 400 hp. When I first got the car 6 years ago, I had the paint completely stripped and there was no damage to the glass and all bonding strips were in very good condition. The windshield was pulled and there was no rust present. The frame is in excellent condition overall. I have had this car for approx 6 years. In the 6 years that I have had it the transmission has been rebuilt, the rebuilt 454 was recently put in, it has new exhaust, new trailing arms, new rear spring, new front springs, new front and rear sway bar, new radiator, new core support, new fan shroud, starter, intake manifold, exhaust manifolds, all pulleys and brackets are correct for this vehicle. The brakes have been redone. The car was always stored in a smoke-free environment and never smoked in by me. It has new tires with a recent alignment of all four wheels. The carpeting was replaced and I had heat shielding put down. Things that have yet to be repaired, the a/c does not work it will come with new hoses and new wiring harness for a/c. The a/c wiring had got on the exhaust manifold and caught on fire. The car runs and drives perfectly, due to the new, larger engine the modulator valve will have to be replaced on the transmission. I have not put bushings in the front end, but it follows the road very well. As far as interior goes a new console was installed and the shift plate did not fit in the console perfect. I was planning on replacing the door panels they are a little beat up, but still in decent condition. I drove this car daily to and from work for the most part. Original 350 with all brackets and pulleys to reinstall. This motor has less than 8000 miles on it. This is not a show car it is a driving car. Colors from the owner. 93,000 miles. July 28, 2008. |
